WITH THE CAVEAT of a 20-year hiatus: Ocean racer and cruiser from the Pacific Northwest. Now need to learn my way around Boston Harbor and the Atlantic out my new back door.  Goal: to get out there any way possible.

I’m interested in R19 and other one design. I am a former junior sailor with a few years college experience way back when. More recently raced Rhodes at Courageous and took a hiatus for knee surgery. Happy to crew and can also skipper but do need a refresher on any spin work.

I have grown up sailing on the Charles river and have done some sailing when in college. I would love to get back into sailing and building up my skills. I am taking ASA 101 103 and 104 sailing courses in May. Looking forward to the opportunity.

Looking for one or two spots for myself and son.

Hoping to join 30-40 footer for PHRF and Offshore racing as well as Thursdays in R19.

I raced dinghies in college then J22, J24, J70, J80, J109, Etchells, 110, 210 and more. I have done many different PHRF in 30-45 ft. Ericson, Olsen Farr, Beneteau and more. I have been Pit, Jib and Main trim winning at Block Island, Marblehead, Key West Race week in the J80 and J109. I was middle crew on the Etchells winning the Atlantic Coast Championship. I currently own a J70 and race in Cohasset. I have RYA Competent Crew and Safety at Sea as I am preparing for the transatlantic leg of the Clipper Round the World Race next year.

My son is on the race team at CYC and for the High School. He was the top Opti sailor in Cohasset, has moved into 420s and often drives the J70 while I work the sails.

Ideally I would like to get a ride that we both can join but will split up for Thursday nights on R19.

Sharon and Michael did the adult sailing lessons with Bob Foley on a Rhodes 3 years ago and purchased the Abbey Rhodes 2 years ago. Still beginners but understand that crewing on a Rhodes is the way to learn!

We're members of the Hull YC (don't have a Rhodes (yet)) but we have sailed on them the last few summers at Hingham Maritime Center's adult sailing program.  Looking forward to getting out on the water and racing!

I am basic keelboat certified on a Rhodes 19 through Courageous Sailing up in Charlestown. I have sailed with my parents on their Catalina 27 or 29 from Greenport LI, Block Island and Mystic, CT. My husband and I are interested in being crew for local sails and cruising weekends.

I am interested in crewing opportunities on the Rhodes 19 with Fleet 46.  My name is Ken Jacobs. I am a transplant from the Annapolis area, 175 lbs and an avid bicyclist. I have extensive experience sailing and racing many types of boats.  I am comfortable doing any position and am competent handling a symmetrical spinnaker.  I am a former member of Severn Sailing Association in Annapolis where I enjoyed racing my J/24 on Thursday nights.  I have also owned and raced a Tartan 28, and crewed on a Bavaria Cruiser 46.  I participated in the Annapolis to Newport and Annapolis to Bermuda races on the Bavaria. I particularly enjoy helping less experienced sailors get comfortable with boat handling and racing.

Hello, I'm new to racing and eager to learn more!
- Last summer I was a beginner crew member on the Rhodes 19 at Courageous and our boat placed 3rd in their advanced racing series. (Note they do not use spinnakers so I'd be new to this)
- Grew up sailing dinghies, windsurfers and cruisers out of Hingham Bay
- I've done light racing on Snipes at the Winchester Boat Club
- Currently crew/cruise on a Tartan 30 out of Beverly
I'll be located out of Hingham most of this summer and look forward to hearing from you!

More than a decade of racing the Old Sigh Race out of Red Brook Harbor- Raced- Cal 32-2. Figawi 5 times. Owned a 25 Cape Dory out of Tern Harbor for 9 years.
I’m reliable, mature and experienced.
Need a refresher for spinnaker.
As a crew member etiquette is important to me. No unnecessary yelling for example.
Looking forward to a great season!
