Welcome to the Hull Yacht Club Junior Sailing Season!
Hello Sailors and Families!
Summer 2023 is coming and it will soon be time to get registered for Junior Sailing at Hull Yacht Club!
We are looking forward to a great summer season and hope that you and your sailors are too. Please follow the links below to get your sailor registered for the appropriate session. If your sailor is brand new to us and just wants to try it out, please sign up for one of our six, 1-week learn-to-sail sessions. If you are looking for a longer term session, we have our 8-week program, including Opti-Beginner, Opti-Advanced, and 420 Beginner and Advanced Sailing.
If you are a 420 sailor
The 420 program will include the regular 8-week afternoon session that many of you are used to but this year we are also adding a morning 420 program geared towards sailors who are just getting out of optis as well as brand new sailors who may have outgrown being comfortable in an opti. Please reach out if you have any questions about which program your child should attend.

If you are not a Hull Yacht Club member
You must be a member of the Hull Yacht Club in order to participate in the full summer program, but due to some changes to the registration process, you now must sign up as a social member separately from the junior sail signup. Please enter "Junior Sailing" in the sponsor fields. You will be contacted to complete the membership process. We apologize for the extra steps but hopefully it will help you take full advantage of Hull YC membership!
Dates for Summer 2023:
8-Week Program
Opti Beginner and Opti Advanced classes start on June 26, 2023 and end August 11,2023.
- Opti Beginner - 9am-12pm; Monday-Friday
- Opti Advanced - 1pm-4:30pm; Monday-Friday
420 Beginner and Advanced classes start on June 26, 2023 and end on August 11. 2023.
- 420 Beginner - 9am-12pm; Monday-Friday
- 420 Advanced - 1pm-4:30pm; Monday-Friday

July 20/21 - Scorpion Bowl Regatta
